The Planning Board meets on the second Monday at 7:00 PM of every month at the Lisbon Town Hall, Conference Room, 6963 CR 10. The board approves all applications submitted to the code enforcement officer for compliance with the Town's Site Plan Review Law. A site plan application must be submitted for approval in order to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, improve or use any building or structure. The Planning Board also deals with issued pertaining to the Town's junkyard and dumping ordinances, as well as other matters of land use.
