Present:    Supervisor Don Strader, Attorney Charles Nash, esq., Town Clerk Donna McBath, Councilman Tom Schneller, Councilman Vincent Winters , Councilman C. Roger Shoen

Absent: Highway Superintendent Timothy Dow

1.    Meeting Called to Order for the Town Board Meeting

Supervisor Don Strader called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

3.    Minutes Approvals

Councilman Schneller made a motion, seconded by Councilman Winters to approve the meeting minutes of November 9, 2009.   Ayes - 4     Nays - 0

4.    Town Clerk Report November 2009

Supervisor Strader made a motion, seconded by Councilman Schneller to approve the Town Clerk's Report for November 2009.   Ayes - 4           Nays - 0

5.   Approval of Town Justice Reports

Councilman Winters made a motion, seconded by Councilman Shoen to accept the Justice Reports for the month November 2009.   Ayes - 4     Nays - 0

6.       Recognition of Guest

7.       Approval of Transfers

Councilman Schneller made a motion, seconded by Councilman Winters to approve the transfers for November 2009.

8.    Approval of Abstracts

Councilman Schneller made a motion, seconded by Councilman Winters to approve the abstracts from November 2009. Supervisor Strader informed the board that he would talk with Highway Superintendent Dow to increase the contract for his cell phone and add two additional cell phones to the agreement. One would go to Larry Trombley, Deputy Highway Superintendent and one for Scott Skiff, Maintenance Man.

9.    Approval of Supervisor Report

Councilman Schneller brought the Town Clerk payroll budget 1410.1 to the attention of the board members that it was not agreeing with the percentage with the other employees.   He asked to have Bookkeeper would look into this.   Town Clerk McBath informed the board that she would talk with Nicole concerning this.

Councilman Schneller made a motion, seconded by Councilman Winters to approve the Supervisor Report. Ayes - 4 Nays - 0

10. Highway Superintendent Report

No report was given, as Highway Superintendent Dow was not at the meeting.

11. Old Business

There was no Old Business to be discussed.

12. New Business

A.   Missing Meeting for Councilman - Supervisor Strader asked Attorney Nash if the town had any law or rule on how many meetings a councilman can miss before being released from their duties as a Councilman?   Attorney Nash informed the board that the town has no law or rule on this subject.

B.   Scheduling yearend meeting - The yearend meeting is schedule for December 29, 2009 at 6:00 PM.

Supervisor Strader made a motion, seconded by Councilman Schneller to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 P.M.   Ayes - 4             Nays - 0
