1.       Meeting Called to Order

Supervisor Don Strader called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

            RESOLUTION # 4 of 2008

FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH ST. LAWRENCE GAS COMPANY, INC

Adopted on February, 2008

Moved by Councilman Schneller

Seconded by Councilman Winters

BE IT RESOLVED:

1. That the Council approves the Franchise Agreement attached hereto and authorizes the

submission thereof to the New York State Public Service Commission for approval pursuant

to the provisions of Section 68 of the New York State Public Service Law.

Certified to be a true copy of a resolution passed by The Town Council of the Town of Lisbon on

this 12 day March of 2008.
