TOWN OF LISBON BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 28, 2007LISBON TOWN HALL Present: Supervisor Roger Watters, Councilman Tom Schneller, Highway Superintendent Timothy Dow, Councilman Vincent Winters, Town Clerk Donna McBath Absent: Councilman C. Joseph Collins, Councilman C. Roger Shoen 1. Meeting Called to Order Supervisor Roger Watters called the meeting to order at 6:00 AM. 2. Approval of Transfers Councilman Schneller made a motion, and was seconded by Councilman Winters, to approve the following transfers as follows: Transfer $384.55

Total Library transfers $956.89 Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 Approval of Abstracts Councilman Winters made a motion, seconded by Councilman Schneller to approve the abstracts from December 2007.
Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 Approval of Supervisor Report A correction in Highway Code 3501 State Aid/Chips, in report it is $4,407.84, correction is $42,423.33 Councilman Schneller made a motion, seconded by Councilman Winters to approve the Supervisor Report. Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 Supervisor Watters stated that he received a letter from New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and stated that we did not receive the grant for Park Recreation project was not selected for funding. 5. Highway Superintendent Report Highway Superintendent Dow had no report. Supervisor Watters informed the board that there were 3 plaques done. One for the Library: In the Improvement to the Library that allowed access for everyone were made possible through contribution received in memory of Rachael Dandy and Deborah Russell and funding from Senator James Wright One for the museum: Work on the Museum was made possible as a result of numerous donation to included funding received from Senator Wright One for Recreation Building: A special thanks to former and present recreation committee members and volunteers for there service in creating this facility. 6.
