1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor Anthony LeBarge called the meeting to order at 4:08 PM

Inter-Municipal Agreement – Between Town of Oswegatchie and Lisbon
Discussion for the Inter-Municipal Agreement between Town of Oswegatchie and Lisbon.

Attorney Nash suggested of having a memorandum first on where the district should be and any other procedures that need to be done.

On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman Jemison from Town of Lisbon to have Town Attorney Nash write a memorandum of an agreement between Towns of Lisbon and Oswegatchie to share the cost of a project management service agreement with DANC (Development Authority of the North County). This agreement, previously signed by the Town of Oswegatchie and DANC, will divide expenses of said agreement between the Town of Oswegatchie at 60% and Town of Lisbon at 40%. Ayes – 5 – Nays – 0

On a motion from Councilman Wilson and seconded by Councilman Stoner from Town of Oswegatchie to have Town Attorney Nash write a memorandum of an agreement between Towns of Lisbon and Oswegatchie to share the cost of a project management service agreement with DANC (Development Authority of the North County). Committees from Oswegatchie Board will be Supervisor Nichols and Councilman Stone.
Committees from Lisbon Board will be Supervisor LeBarge and Councilman Duprey.

Town of Oswegatchie will be the lead agency with DANC. Supervisor Nichols will forward the information on to the Town of Lisbon.
