Supervisor Anthony LeBarge called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Approval Of Minutes
On a motion from motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O’Brian to approve the March 9, 2005 minutes with the change of Baler Corporation to Valero Energy Corporation. The minutes were approved with the change. Ayes 5, Nays 0.

Shooting Range Lease
On A motion from Councilman Jemison and seconded by Councilman Duprey it was

Water Tests
On a motion from Councilman Jemison and seconded by Councilman Duprey to give
Supervisor LeBarge permission to have 10 wells tested for contaminants, at a cost of
$25.00 per well, the wells will be tested on the Pray and Wagner Roads. This is in conjuction

On a motion from Councilman Jemison and seconded by Councilman Duprey that the Board go into executive session at 6:50 P.M. for the purpose of discussing Union Contracts and Personnel matters . Ayes 5, Nays O.

Regular Session
On a motion by Councilman Steve Jemison and seconded by Councilman Michael Duprey for Supervisor Anthony LeBarge to sign Employment Contract between the Town Board of the Town of Lisbon and Lisbon Highway Employees Unit #8424 of CSEA/AFSCE Local 1000, AFL/CIO Contract to run from April 12, 2005 to April 11, 2009.
