1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor LeBarge called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
2. Minutes
On a motion from Councilman O'Brian and seconded by Councilman Duprey to approve
the minutes of the May 27, 2004, with the correction to River Septic. The
correction spelling is Rivers. Ayes - 4

3. Town Clerks Report
On motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to approve the Town Clerk's report. Ayes - 4

Supervisor Report
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman Watters to accept the Supervisor's Report. Ayes - 4

5. Approval of Transfers -
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to transfer $1731.00 from 1910.4 to 3510.4 for $1,000 and 8730.4 for $731. The reason for transfer is the Dog Census. Ayes - 4

6. Report on Audit Committee and Approval of Abstracts
On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to accept Abstracts.

Highway Superintendent's Report
Superintendent Dow was late due to a tree down from storm damages. When he entered the meeting, he gave out a print out report.

9. Old Business
A. Town Hall Repairs
Quotes are in from Churchill and Son, Inc. for $29,280 and Ace Hardwood Flooring for $15,032. A motion from Councilman Watters and second by Councilman Duprey to accept the quote from Ace Hardwood Flooring for $15,032

Mr. Barr has requested that we get permission from Helen Paxton to be able to drive the truck on her lawn. If there is, damaged Mr. Barr will repair the lawn.
Also requested to receive $6,000 from the balance of $15,032 to help pay for the supplies that are needed. A motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to prepay Mr. Barr $6,000 for materials.

Woodlot
J & D Forestry Products has completed removing the last request and has paid us in full. They have also offered to remove other trees that need to be thinned out near the same area. 120 Pine, 21 Hardwood for $3250 and 13 Cherry and 8 Soft Maple for the price of $350. If his quote is approved and he will pay $2000 before starting and the remaining within 10 to 14 days. A motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to accept J & D Forestry Products quote to remove the trees.

New Business
A. Grant Renewal - The resolution for the grant renewal has been draw up as stated
I Donna D. McBath, Town Clerk of the Town Lisbon, Lisbon, New York, do hereby certify that the following resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board held on June 9, 2004, and is incorporated in the original minutes of said meeting and that said resolution has not been altered, amended or revoked and is in full force and effect.
RESOLVED:
That Anthony P. LeBarge, as Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to file an application for funds from the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation in accordance with the provisions of Title 9 of the Environmental Protection Act of 1993 or the Federal land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, in an amount not to exceed$ 50,183.00, and upon approval of said request to enter into and execute a project agreement with the State for such financial assistance to this Town of Lisbon for Parks Expansion and Improvement and, if appropriated, a conservation easement/preservation covenant to the deed of the assisted property.

B. Museum
Someone has donated an American Flag and flagpole to be placed at the Museum.
There is a need for a new sidewalk as attached designed from Basta's Landscaping
Services. The cost to install the sidewalk is $2650. The funds for this sidewalk will
be drawn from the grant money. A motion from Councilman O'Brian and seconded
by Councilman Duprey to have the sidewalk installed.
