1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor Anthony LeBarge called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
2. Meeting Minutes
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O’Brian to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2004 Ayes – 5

On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman Duprey

Report on Audit Committee and Approval of Abstracts
There was a discussion on some items of the Abstracts.
On a motion from Councilman Jemison and seconded by Councilman O’Brian to accept the abstracts.

5. Old Business
Castle Ridge Manor Tax Exemption –
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman Jemison to reopen the motion for the pilot for Castle Ridge Manor to be increased from $600.00 to $1200.00 to take affect in 2006. There was a discussion among the board members.

A discussion was done and but no action was taken.
6. New Business
Internet Service – Information was brought in concerning Road Runner. It would cost us $71.95 per month without the installation fee required. We would be required to sign a two year contract.
On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman Jemison to replace our internet service from Time Warner to Road Runner for a two year contract.
