1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor LeBarge called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

2. Minutes
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to
approve the minutes of the June 9, 2004
Ayes - 4
Nays - 0
Supervisor Report
a. The board members had received an invitation from the Lisbon Marching Band
Booster on meet the Band Night on July 1, 2004 at 7:00 PM
We have received 1 quote on the furnace for the Library.

Recognition of Guest
Steven Barr from Ace Hardwood Flooring - Discussion on whether to repair or replace the front windows of Town Hall. Due the historical nature of the town Hall we decided to repair the windows.
Also discussed is the color of the trim around the Town Hall and was decided to replace the black with gray.

New Business
Town Barn - A bid will be going out for painting the Lisbon Town Barn.
Road Counts Updates - The road count is completed by Bill Dashnaw, St. Lawrence County Highway Superintendent
Kim Bisonette - has handed in his resignation to be effected July 8, 2004.
On a motion from Councilman Jemison and seconded by Councilman Duprey to accept the resignation of Kim Bisonette, Town Assessor, to come in effect on July 8, 2004. Ayes - 4

Policy on Culvert returns
We have a resident that had purchases a culvert, which was delivered to him and has been paid for. He requested that the culvert be returned and a refund returned to him.
On a motion from Councilman Jemison and second by Councilman Duprey to refund his money as long as the culvert has been returned to us and there was no crush stones delivered to the resident.

Nays - 0

On a motion from Councilman Jemison and second by Councilman Duprey to establish a permit for purchasing culverts.
Ayes - 4
Nays - 0

7. Executive Session
A. A motion from Councilman Jemison and Seconded by Councilman O'Brian to go
into executive session at 7:30 PM concerning Union Contract Negotiations. Ayes - 4
Nays - 0
On a motion from Councilman O'Brian and second by Councilman Duprey to return to regular session at 8:30 PM. Ayes - 4
Nays - 0

8. Adjournment
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian Adjournment the meeting at 8:31 PM Ayes - 4
