1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor LeBarge called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
2. Minutes
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to
approve the minutes of the July 14, 2004 with the removal on Page 4, "B" Last paragraph. And "H" is to be stated as: Anthony P. LeBarge Town Supervisor had informed the board that he is declining of doing the additional 18 months as a full time Supervisor. Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
Supervisor Report
Water tower is and filled and in working order. Engineer ______________ will be inspecting the water tower.
The ________________ will be inspecting the bath house at the beach. There was a list of problems sent to Shawn Doyle.
The Culvert Policy will be put on hold until August 7, as Superintendent Dow needs to communicate with SLC Superintendent Bill Dashnaw.
List of work projects is being worked on.
Paul Sheldon from the Controller office has recommended that we not set up an Enterprising Fund.
A motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman Jemison to remove the Enterprising Fund. Ayes - 5

Recognition of Guest
Lee Mathews - is inquiring to purchase the remainder of logs that have been red tag at the sand knoll that the logger has for sale. He was asking if he purchases them could he bring in a Mill to cut the logs up? What does he do with the remains that he doesn't use? Councilman Watters asked if the person that has the mill has insurance and if he would sign a contract saying the town is not responsible if any thing happen on site and would present proof of insurance. Supervisor LeBarge informed Mr. Mathews that he and Superintendent Dow would check out the logs and with the contractor that purchased the logs and see what is happening and get back to Mr. Mathews by Tuesday, July 27, 2004.
Steven Barr from Ace Hardwood Flooring - Had no comments on the Town Hall progress. He did suggest painting the Town Barn with a sealer then putting the second coat as a semi-gloss paint. No decision was made at the time
Old Business
A. Fuel Tank - The fuel tank should be up and running within two weeks. At the time we are set up for a 20 amp. The company that is installing the tanks is asking for a 40 amp. and be on there own amp.
Road Plan - Councilman Jemison has asked where do we stand on the road plan. Superintendent Dow inform the board that the highway department is still working on the Keystone Road and has not started the Cold Springs Road.
Supervisor LeBarge has asked Superintendent Dow to patch a couple of holes at the beach and down by the boat dock.
It was also asked what is happening with the museum and the county setting up the grade. Superintendent Dow said there was some problems with Superintendent Dashnaw on doing the project. Supervisor LeBarge was going to call Superintendent Dashnaw on this project.
Homecoming Committee - They are requesting have Scott Skiff available for them on Friday, August 20, 2004. Also requesting of getting electricity and water available for them from the Medical Center.
New Business
GasB34 - All inventory needs to be done soon and inventory needs to be in place
by December 31, 2004
7. Executive Session
A. A motion from Councilman Watters and Seconded by Councilman Jemison to go
into executive session at 7:30 PM concerning Union Contract Negotiations. Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
On a motion from Councilman O'Brian and second by Councilman Duprey to return to regular session at 8:07 PM. Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
8. Adjournment
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian Adjournment the meeting at 8:08 PM Ayes - 5
