1. Meeting Called to Order
Supervisor LeBarge called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
2. Minutes
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to approve the minutes of the April 14, 2004 Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
3. Recognition of Guest
Mr. Darcy wanted to let the board members know that the new fire hall addition should be completed with 2 to 3 weeks. The fire district is planning a open house at end of June.
4. New Business
A. Water Tower Bids - On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by
Councilman Duprey to accept the only bid to repair the water tower for $55,662 from
Statewide Aquastore for $55,662 with starting date when school is and to be
completion dated by September 1, 2004.

B. Fuel Terminal Bids - On a motion from Councilman O'Brian and second by Councilman Duprey to accept the bid for the purchase of Fuel Tanks and metering System from Northern Pump Service, of Heuvelton, Option Number 1 for $44,100.00 and Installations of the same for an amount not to exceed $5,900.00. Installation will take 4 to 6 weeks. Ayes - 5

C. Computer Quotes - The board is asking for more information on this subject.
D. Housing Authority - On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by
Councilman Duprey to accept Margaret Backus as a member of the Housing
Authority Committee. The term will last until 2009
E. Cemetery - Lawrence - Supervisor LeBarge had talked with Fox-McCellen Funeral
Home concerning burial procedures for a cremation. They had informed him that a
cremation burial can be done in the same lot as the person grandparents are in.
F. Work Project - On a motion from Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman
Jemison to implement as the work projects states to included the Library Chair Lift.

Discussions that were presented.
A. The Highway Department will be starting to pave May 10. They are hoping that the all paving will be completed within a week after starting.
B. The New Beach Pickup as arrived on April 22, 2004.
C. The posting signs are in and will be started to be put up at the Diamond Pit. Steve and James Wallace has offered to put the posted signs up on the back side of the boundaries.
D. The permits are in and have started to be sold for the beach parking.
E. Logging in the Wood Lot - Councilman Jemison is asking if we could get an indemnity clause instead of insurance bond. No answer was given, except that Supervisor LeBarge will be check with our attorney on this request.
F. Councilman Watters - Wanted to know if a basketball court could be set up in the Parking Lot at the Medical Center. If this was arranged Barrett Paving Material Inc. said they would come in and do the paving for it at there expense.
G. Elections Commissioners' Association of New York State - On a motion from
Councilman Watters and seconded by Councilman O'Brian to accept the resolution
from Councilman Jemison. Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
5. Executive Session
A. A motion from Councilman Watters and Seconded by Councilman Duprey to go
into executive session at 8:30 PM concerning Union Contract Negotiation. Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
B. On a motion from Councilman Watters and second by Councilman Duprey to
return to regular session at 9:06 PM.
Ayes - 5
Nays - 0
6. Adjournment
On a motion from Councilman Duprey and seconded by Councilman O'Brian Adjournment the meeting at 9:07 PM
